紫花苜蓿复合体的形态变异式样及分类学研究
摘要:
紫花苜蓿复合体(Medicago sativa complex)是极为重要的牧草资源,其成员间具有明显的形态渐渡特征。为摸清其种质资源状况并明确其分类学问题,通过查阅馆藏腊叶标本和野外居群采样,观测了39个形态性状,并利用主成分分析和聚类分析的方法进行运算。结果表明,紫花苜蓿复合体的花器官有形成大花类型和小花类型的趋势,但花的大小尚不能作为独立的分类依据;荚果的变异相对稳定,可以作为比较可靠的分类依据;而营养器官的形态相似度极高,分类价值相当有限。同时,认为我国境内的紫花苜蓿复合体应包括4个种和3个变型。

Study on constructed AtPCS1 plant expression vector and transformation of Medicago sativa
Abstract:
The full length of AtPCS1 gene was amplified from Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Columbia), and AtPCS1 plant expression vector pBI121AtPCS1 was constructed. Furthermore, the expression vector was transferred into Agrobacterium EHA105, and AtPCS1 was transferred into alfalfa (Medicago sativa) Gannong No.1 by leaf infection method. Fiftyseven transgenic alfalfa plants have been obtained after a period of 80-100 d after transformation.Six in nine random chosen plants were positive transgenic plants identified by AtPCS1specific PCR. Results from this study showed that AtPCS1 has been transferred into genome of alfalfa.
